Plasticraft offers full time employment with jobs ranging from unskilled general labor to management positions. Plasticraft offers 2 production shifts; 1st and 2nd shift. We offer a package of benefits to our full-time payroll employees including, but not limited to:

Positions Available

Rotational Molding

• Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold product
• Demold and charge molds within set machine time parameters
• Mold maintenance and mold inspection
• Assist mold technician with mold changes as necessary
• De-flashing molded products – requires use of knives and hand scrapers
• Perform some secondary finishing on molded products
• Ensure product cleanliness before progressing to next phase of manufacturing
• Provide material for machine operator

Blow Molding

• Operate machine in a safe manner to efficiently mold product
• De-flashing molded products – requires use of knives and hand scrapers
• Ensure product cleanliness before progressing to next phase of manufacturing

Finishing

• De-flashing of molded products – requires use of knives and hand scrapers
• Secondary finish with use of pneumatic routers, hand saws, pneumatic drills and other tools.
• Some assembly and other duties to finish customer product
• Inspection and check for product cleanliness and quality
